Who We Are
POWERVELLO LTD is a UK-registered private limited company operating a dedicated power bank and mobile power manufacturing facility in China. We specialise in OEM and ODM services for European businesses, with a particular focus on the German and Dutch markets. Rather than positioning ourselves as a trading company, we own and directly control our production lines, engineering team, and quality assurance processes—giving our clients the transparency, lead-time control, and IP protection that a true factory partner can provide.
To date, we have served over 100 enterprise customers across Europe, ranging from established consumer electronics brands to promotional product distributors and corporate gift suppliers. Our product portfolio centres on charging solutions—power banks, portable power packs, and related 3C accessories—engineered to meet EU regulatory and safety standards.

Our Factory & Capabilities
Our manufacturing facility integrates R&D, tooling, SMT assembly, battery cell grading, injection moulding, and end-of-line testing under one roof. This vertical setup allows us to maintain consistent quality across small sample runs and high-volume OEM orders alike, without relying on external subcontractors for critical processes.
Key capabilities include:
- In-house engineering for PCB design, structural design, and firmware development
- Flexible MOQ—from sample quantities for qualification to mass production runs
- Full compliance testing in partnership with accredited labs, covering CE, RoHS, REACH, UN38.3, IEC 62133, and the EU Battery Regulation
- Dedicated production lines for private-label and custom-housing projects, with strict IP segregation between client programmes
- Quality system built around 100% ageing tests, cycle testing, and outgoing inspection on every batch
Our Approach to Working with European Clients
We understand that European B2B buyers—particularly in Germany and the Netherlands—value predictability over promises. Our engagement model is built around that principle:
Qualification first.
Sample orders are processed after a brief B2B qualification, so we can allocate engineering and production resources to genuine business partners rather than speculative inquiries.
Transparent quotation.
Proforma invoices clearly separate unit cost, tooling, certification, and logistics—no hidden charges surfacing mid-project.
Controlled payment terms.
For sample orders, we issue PayPal invoices on a selective basis; for bulk OEM orders, we work with T/T and L/C under terms agreed upfront.
Compliance by default.
Every product is shipped with the documentation European customs and market surveillance authorities expect—DoC, test reports, WEEE registration references, and EU authorised representative details where applicable.
Our Vision
To be the factory partner that European businesses trust to bring their charging product ideas to market—on spec, on time, and fully compliant.
Our Mission
To deliver safe, reliable, and certifiable power solutions through direct factory engagement, transparent processes, and a genuine long-term partnership approach with every client we serve.
Our Values
Integrity over shortcuts. We would rather decline an order than misrepresent our capabilities or certifications.
Partnership, not transaction. Our clients’ product success is the only meaningful measure of our own.
Precision in every detail. From cell grading to packaging artwork, small things compound into reliable products.
Quality & Compliance
All Powervello products are designed and tested to meet EU requirements before they leave our facility. Our compliance baseline includes CE (LVD, EMC, RED where applicable), RoHS, REACH SVHC, UN38.3 transport testing, IEC 62133, and registration under the EU WEEE Directive and the new Battery Regulation (EU) 2023/1542. Certificates and test reports are available to qualified buyers on request.
